Over £75,000 match funding provided to Oxfordshire organisations

Established in May 2025, our Green Fund is delivered in partnership with Low Carbon Hub and EIE at Oxford Brookes University. We’ve now funded over £75,000 towards projects that are cutting carbon and energy bills for organisations across the county, with more rounds of support available in December and March.

From a well-renowned museum to community centres and a patchwork and quilting retailer, our match funding has been awarded to a range of different organisations, based on additionality, scaleability, and impact. Projects we’ve pledged to support include:

  1. Five double glazed heritage Crittal windows for an iconic Museum in Oxford.
  2. PV solar, draught-proofing and wall insulation for a community centre in Oxford.
  3. Battery storage and an air source heat pump for a quilting retailer in Henley.
  4. A new electric forklift and LED lighting for a steel fabricators near Bicester.
  5. An air source heat pump and upgrades to night storage for a charitable trust in Launton.
  6. A sizeable LED upgrade for a famous Oxford clothing shop.
  7. Electric vehicle chargers for a motorsport membership organisation.

Our Green Fund will continue to provide support for organisations into 2026, with the next deadline to apply for funding to be announced soon.

Funding is available to any organisation with one of our carbon reduction reports, which are available at no cost to your business here.

“Our Green Fund gives your organisation the chance to cut energy bills, become a leader in the community and future-proof your premises. With up to £10,000 funding available, this is an opportunity that you shouldn’t pass up.”
